This person will conduct executive interviews, uncover strategic goals, and translate them into a prioritized AI roadmap grounded in real business impact. You’ll guide discovery, analyze opportunities, synthesize insights, and deliver executive-ready recommendations within 30 to 90-days.

The Role

We are hiring a consultative, business-minded Senior Account Executive to drive new client growth while expanding strategic relationships over time. This role focuses on winning new logos and guiding senior executives toward high-impact AI and automation initiatives that deliver measurable business value. This is a complex, relationship-driven sales role, not a transactional or high-volume environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive new logo acquisition within mid-market and enterprise companies ($50M–$2B revenue)
  • Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles with C-suite and VP-level buyers
  • Consistently identify value drivers, ROI opportunities, and business priorities
  • Partner closely with leadership and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
  • Drive expansion within existing accounts over time
  • Collaborate on pricing, scope, and deal structure to ensure alignment and profitability
  • Maintain a clean pipeline and accurate forecasts in HubSpot

  • 5–7 years of experience in consultative sales (consulting, technology, or complex services)

The Role

As a Project Manager at OnTrac AI, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of client and internal projects – ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations are met. You’ll work closely with clients, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into execution.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, consulting-style environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across AI, automation, and technology initiatives
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
Track progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets; proactively resolve issues
Facilitate standups, status meetings, and executive updates
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and operations

Who You Are

4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator, preferably in technology, consulting, or digital transformation
Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana
Comfortable working with technical teams (engineering, data, automation)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills

The Role

As our inaugural Product Owner, you’ll be the voice of the customer and the connector between strategy, delivery, and technology. Working closely with our project managers, developers, and leadership, you’ll define priorities, translate requirements, and guide teams to deliver high-impact automation and AI solutions.

A small amount of local travel to client offices will be expected.

What You’ll Do

Partner with stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and priorities.

Facilitate sprint planning, demos, and reviews within Agile delivery frameworks.

Who You Are

3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or related role, ideally within automation, AI, or software delivery environments
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Pega) or AI platforms (e.g., Google Cloud AI, OpenAI, etc.) is a strong plus
A proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

The Role

We are hiring a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead global finance operations and support our next phase of growth. This role will partner closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to drive financial discipline, operational scalability, and long-term value creation across a growing, global organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating both at a strategic level and in the details, helping build the financial foundation required to scale.

Core Responsibilities

Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance

  • Own company-wide financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Drive revenue, pricing, margin, and profitability optimization across service lines and client engagements
  • Provide timely, data-driven insights to support executive decision-making and growth initiatives
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and financial metrics aligned to business outcomes

Financial Operations, Controls & Governance

  • Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and audit readiness
  • Oversee accounting, close processes, cash flow management, and financial systems
  • Strengthen financial discipline and operational rigor as the company scales
  • Partner with external advisors (tax, audit, legal) as needed

Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as a trusted financial partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
  • Collaborate with delivery, sales, and operations leaders to align financial strategy with execution
  • Help build scalable finance processes that support a global operating model
Nice-to-Have Experience for Future Growth

The following experience is not required for this role but would be a strong advantage as the company continues to grow and expand globally.

  • Exposure to or prior experience with international transfer pricing models, including alignment with OECD guidelines
  • Familiarity with intercompany pricing structures supporting global delivery, shared services, and intellectual property
  • Experience supporting or helping establish financial governance frameworks for offshore or Global Capability Center (GCC) operations
  • Prior involvement in financial due diligence and post-transaction integration related to M&A or strategic initiatives
  • Experience spanning automotive, manufacturing, and additional industry verticals, demonstrating a solid grasp of varied operating models, cost structures, and client engagement dynamics.
Who You Are
  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior or executive roles
  • Strong foundation in financial strategy, operational finance, and compliance
  • Experience supporting global delivery models, technology services, or AI/SaaS-oriented businesses
  • Background in growth-stage, founder-led, or PE-backed environments strongly preferred
  • MBA, CPA, or equivalent professional credential preferred
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment with limited structure
