How long does the full Ignite program take?
These programs range from 30 to 90-days.
Does our data need to be in good shape before we start?
No. This is all part of what we'll assess to get our arms around your current systems and data. We are often defining AI and automation solutions to help get your data in order.
What kind of time commitment does Ignite require from our team?
This somewhat depends on which package you decide to go with, but generally we'll need access to some key stakeholders to conduct interviews. These are scheduled jointly to align with your teams busy schedules.
What happens after Ignite ends?
You'll have a prioritized AI roadmap and strategy, along with scoping and pricing to implement the various initiatives we uncover together. You can choose to do these on your own or work with the OnTrac AI delivery, engineering and change management team to execute.
