How did you learn about OnTrac AI?

We first learned about OnTrac AI through a member of our leadership team, who introduced the platform to us.

How were you addressing AI solutions before working with OnTrac?

We were relying on a cyber and legal technology AI assistant, but the tools were largely siloed and required significant manual oversight. While they showed promise, they weren't deeply integrated into our workflows or driving meaningful operational impact.

What did OnTrac AI bring to the table?

OnTrac offered ability to address administrative abilities through use of AI and automation – e.g. automating reporting provided to attorneys re: billings, outstanding amounts owned, helps get bills paid faster. Growth is key; need onboarding of lateral transfers to be top notch – an important area of partnership with OnTrac is use of automation to improve lateral transfer process – need it frictionless.

OnTrac is a consultancy and advisory partner we have worked with to understand our business objectives and help us leverage AI and automation to improve our business operations.

 
We were constantly battling growing network security vulnerabilities and persistent threat actors knocking at our door.

Our technology didn't always run smoothly for attorneys and operational staff, which increased operational risk and forced lawyers to spend too much time on administrative tasks.
