Ajay is the Founder and CEO of OnTrac AI, bringing a rare combination of entrepreneurial vision and deep operational expertise across technology, manufacturing, and enterprise IT to help organizations move from AI curiosity to competitive advantage. With a career spanning company founding, C-suite leadership, and hands-on technology transformation — including serving as Interim CIO at Dayco and building multiple companies across manufacturing, distribution, and software — Ajay understands the real-world complexity that comes with deploying AI in industrial environments. Away from the office, he channels the same drive and discipline as Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Brother Rice High School, one of Michigan's most storied programs.
